Returns:

At this time, we only accept returns on amplifiers, speakers, pickups, and pedals. We do not accept returns on custom cabinets. We do not accept damaged goods back! There is a 25% restocking fee. You have a 10 day evaluation period from date of delivery to contact us for a return for a refund after you receive it. If you wish to do an exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product, and return it in its original packaging insured for full value. You will be charged the restocking fee and any price difference in your exchange item. If you send us an item that has been damaged, we will send it back without a refund or deduct the repair cost from your refund.

Warranty:

Byron Amplification warrants amplifiers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (subject to the terms below) for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase to the original owner. Tubes have a 90 day warranty.

Pedals have a one year warranty.

Speakers have a 90 day warranty. Speakers with warranty claims will go back to Weber or WGS for evaluation and testing. If user damage is found, the charge is $25-$65 (depending on model) plus shipping to repair your Byron Amps speaker back to like new. If the malfunction within the warranty period is due to a defect, we will have it repaired at our cost.

Cabinets are only warranted against damage during shipping.

This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, accident, or modification of, or to any part of, the product. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than Byron Amplification. Any unauthorized repairs will void this Warranty.  Ship us your malfunctioning amp, and we'll repair it and ship it back.

We have the best repairman in the business on staff, and believe me, he can tell if you've neglected your amp or pedal. Out of warranty repairs will be billed at the shop rate of $50 per hour plus parts. We only repair Byron amps and pedals at this time.

Customer Satisfaction:

We are here to satisfy our customers, and please let us know if there's anything we can do if you feel unsatisfied with your purchase. I'm sure we can work it out. Please ask any and all pertinent questions before buying to save us both a lot of trouble. As Analogman says though, "We will bend over backwards for our customers, but not forwards."

Liability:

Byron Amplification is not responsible for personal injury or damage to any equipment or other property arising out of the use of our products.
