Josh Hamler, guitarist of Shaman’s Harvest, has long endorsed our products, and proudly has used a Workhorse 20 Reverb head and Upright 2x12 cab for years. He came to us seeking the perfect distortion pedal for his rig and his tastes. We created for him a pedal we call The Shaman, that has both distortion and overdrive in one, that can be used independently or together (we will be releasing that later!). The distortion side was so good, we’re releasing it as the Lil’ Shaman.
The Lil’ Shaman recreates the era where a rock rig was a mid-heavy drive pedal pushing a big British amp. Capable of light drive to a heavy crunch, the Lil’ Shaman never gets harsh at any gain setting. It has our trademark 3 band EQ for a wide range of tone shaping options. The bass is tight and never boomy, and the treble is smooth without being dull. The mids are the star of the show, and you can dial in a big fat thickness or a more scooped contour, it’s all in there!
Well suited for humbuckers or single coils, clean amps or those already breaking up, the Lil’ Shaman is a dirt pedal you’ll stomp on over and over on the gig when you need that perfect crunch that cuts.
