Viper Ninja 2.0

Our flagship original design, the Viper Ninja is at home in almost any musical situation. It is one of the few overdrives that sounds equally as good on a neck single coil as it does on a bridge humbucker. Totally different, yes, but good on both. It is designed not to emulate a specific tone, but to be an extension of your amp and guitar, a tool that helps you dial in the drive sound you’re looking for.

The Viper Ninja is a highly versatile medium gain drive that is very dynamic and amp-like. The tonal character is smooth, with a rich, natural midrange that is not as overbearing as some drive pedals can be. It is capable of a loud clean boost, light drive, or a heavy crunch, all while cleaning up very well from your guitar’s volume knob.

The controls are Loud (volume), Dirt (gain), Phat (bass), and Bright (treble). The clipping section features mosfet transistors, for a smoother tone and a very dynamic feel, and sustain increases in a wonderful way as you crank the Dirt control. The Phat and Bright knobs give you powerful shaping of your sound.

It’s a totally original design, not based on anything else.
