This is our take on the Hotcake, an overdrive that does clean boost, light grit, and a crunch that sounds a lot more like a cranked up '70s tube amp than most other drives.  Beautiful "on the edge" overdrive tones, but at higher gain settings it's capable of both Billy Gibbons and Rivers Cuomo. The tone control is special in that it boosts the upper mids for more punch. It cleans up well from the guitar too! We've put some Byron special sauce in there in addition, for a special drive pedal that is a nice change from the dead horses generally being beaten right now.
